Sunday – Welcome to Tuscany!
Arrive in Florence or Pisa, where your private driver awaits.
Settle into your hotel and meet your local host for a warm welcome and a preview of the week ahead.
Enjoy your first evening in Florence at your own pace.
Monday – Cook Like a Local & Market Tour
Start your culinary journey with a visit to the lively Sant’Ambrogio Market, where locals shop for fresh ingredients.
Then roll up your sleeves for your first hands-on cooking class at SiChef Florence.
Spend the afternoon discovering Florence.
Tuesday – Florence Art, Bistecca, and Pizza & Gelato Class
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Florence’s historic center.
For lunch, indulge in a classic Florentine experience: Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
In the afternoon, take part in a fun and interactive Pizza & Gelato cooking class. End the day enjoying your own creations for dinner.
Wednesday – Medieval Towns, Cheese, Wine & Spritz
After breakfast, set off on a full-day excursion with a private driver to the stunning towns of Siena and San Gimignano.
Enjoy a lively Spritz class, followed by a delicious Tuscan lunch featuring fried pasta, focaccia, and wine pairings.
In the afternoon, visit a local farm for a pecorino cheese tasting, then explore a historic winery for a Chianti wine tasting. Return to Florence for dinner
Thursday – Truffle Hunting & Chianti Experience
After breakfast, head into the Chianti hills for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: a truffle hunt with expert guides and trained dogs.
Then, join a cooking class focused on truffle-based dishes paired with local wines.
After lunch, stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for panoramic photos of Florence. Return to the hotel with some free time before enjoying a traditional Tuscan dinner at a local restaurant.
Friday – Brunello, Pecorino & Picture-Perfect Villages
After breakfast, enjoy a private excursion to southern Tuscany. First stop: Montalcino, home of the legendary Brunello wine. Visit one of the area’s top wineries for a tasting, followed by lunch in a traditional trattoria.
In the afternoon, continue to Pienza, the Renaissance jewel known for its pecorino cheese. Enjoy some free time to explore before a tasting session.
Return to Florence.
Saturday – Your Tuscan Feast & Final Moments
Wrap up your week with a full Tuscan cooking class, preparing a traditional 4-course meal.
Spend your last afternoon shopping, relaxing, or sipping a final espresso in the heart of Florence.
Sunday – Arrivederci!
After breakfast, a private driver will take you to the airport or station.
